Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sorry i have been awol!

Going back to work and it being high season is taking it out of me! Still I am exercise, work, sleep, repeat this week

Dt & Northern are doing our miles this week sarah!!

And your doing the weight loss! Whoop!

I am just plodding on at the moment, the new eating regime over the last couple of weeks meant a gain for me but i think thats my body getting used to a new style of eating

Exercise is going well, loving swimming!

Looks like you are both on it with the running!!

I have an event saturday I am going to walk.. might try a little mince!!!

How are you all doing?

I seem to have been very busy the last week and no time to post much but am doing ok

I have an annoying niggle through my arm which i think is linked to nerve/tendon but as I am at physio on Thursday I am not letting it worry me too much

I went to the winter wobble event yesterday and managed a slow 4 running more or leas all of it appart from the muddy section.. it is a really good event, if there were a few of you it would be a right laff. Fancy dress i learnt was basically a must!

Finding new eating good too... less inclined to drink and eating more plant based.. beaved week two photo today in my swimming costume and was slightly kinder to myself!

Spin & swim today, lovely as it is really quiet in the gym at the moment

How are you all?

Insomnia post!

A left over from my off... arm is niggly overnight

This week at work always reminds me I am very glad not to be materialistic and brand crazed! We are on contact roulette which means see who gets the worst parent and either no or damaged parcel award! I am reminding the team there is always a way through and focus on the positives!

Seem to be right in the can zone and have pure focus on eating well and getting fit again

Going to spin this morning... and planning also to beach run one lunchtime this week.. celebrate being able to again!

How are you all?

How did the physio go Tup?

Mine was really good.. found my arm a bit grumbly overnight and another 5am wake up.. although that’s better than 3:30am!

Habbits

Sooooo we are drifting in to christmas week.. the weather here is like a monsoon! Just keeps raining.. I am going to dodge the rain and do a treadmill plod today at the gym, and spin

Lazy day here, LordW has a cold so I have left him tucked up in bed sleeping while I am plotting and planning 😊

Physio went well thanks. David at Haworth Physio is excellent - his clinic is at the bottom of the cobbles where the YORM starts :-) Managed to jog round whole of Parkrun this morning. Going for walk with Tuss and Stef soon 🐾
