Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Sat here watching the seals - it's fabulous.

The weather is dry but a tad chilly

Chilly in France too @Mandymoo, at least where we are in Metz.
We're staying in the municipal campsite, which is slightly more expensive than we usually pick, but it's a great riverside site and only about 10 minutes walk to the fantastic cathedral with amazing stained glass.

We're heading further south, towards Colmar, today.

Ach it’s awful. All that soft golden sand and gently lapping clear blue sea.

Very disappointed to discover that my van has failed the habitation check in the same place for the third year in a row.
The repairs are covered under warranty but it’s the inconvenience and cost of having to return the van to the dealer for repairs. 😡

That is frustrating :-(

I’ll be picking ours up later ready for a race weekend in Scotland.
