The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Right at the top of the feature list, it'll either say something like "choose which feature to allocate your golden ticket to", or "your ticket is allocated to feature 12345".

I have a question about the calendar which I probably should send to Mr Fetch as feedback or something but will use my 'ask the audience' life here first :-)

I usually enter the calendar daily draw with a different email address to the one that I am registered on the site with - so that if I want to tick the box that allows the prize provider to send me six emails a day about things I don't really want to buy for the rest of my life they are not getting mixed up with emails that say here's something that's really important and needs a response right now. But that email address would suggest I am not a Fetchie so if I then do the challenge say - write a blog about my favourite piece of tinsel, does that blog get me the ten extra tickets in the draw because on the list of emails entered for the draw, my registered email won't be there. (I suspect I am not the only Fetchie that this applies to)

The short answer is, unfortunately, 'no' - the email address is your unique identifier in the hat, and if it's not an exact match, there's no manual checking process.

Thanks Fetch - that explains what I have been doing wrong all the last few years where I've thought I was getting an extra gazillion entries into the draw and I'd only got one :-)

You could enter twice, and tick the box once, only on the non-fetch address.

Or temporarily change your fetch email address?
