Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We're on fire today - well done all!

I wore my new go-faster chicken leggings this morning and knocked 48 seconds off last week's time for a new SB of 35:15, on a slightly long course too, bit slow stopping the Garmin!

Took a completely unexpected 75s off last week's time on my usual gravel track. It's a bit of a dodgem run with walkers 4 abreast, parents with toddlers and stuff. But am more than delighted with that. Well done to all the good efforts.

I'm also doing RtS so no fake parkrun as such this week. My best 5k benchmark in the last couple of days was 40:46 but that included stopping to take photos.

Did another run today just because the conditions were good and felt ok. Beat yesterday's time by 41 seconds but it was flatter today so not as impressive so I will log yesterday's:-)

Doubled up a fakey as part of a club 5k relay challenge; on my knees for 19:38 on a fast route. Feels pretty fair me in the context of the absence of running much recently.
