Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Concur. What distance do you trigger "ultra" at though? Immediately at 42,196 meters (1m more than marathon) or wait for 50k, or somewhere in between?

Whatever value triggers the badge in one upload presumably.

The badge description says “Log a run that's longer than marathon distance” though longer is not defined. I assume there would need to be a bit of a margin to rule out a gps error on a marathon course. It should be pretty clear with F’Laps as you have to completing the relevant lap eg your 27th 1 mile lap or 7th 4.16667 would take you comfortably over marathon distance. It would have to be a manual trawl however as uploading each lap separately (which obviously you have to do) means that the hamsters don’t see those multiple laps as a single event.

Fizz :-)
Is the badge GPS based? You could trigger it yourself by manually logging a run that’s the sum of your distances, and then delete it as soon as the badge arrives.

*ponders the possibility of cheating for a badge* ;-)
