I’m out after 6 in a blustery Brighton. Felt the last one, so I’ll avoid doing any more but thoroughly enjoyed it, maybe more next year. Thanks Fetch!

Two laps of a mile done. Unfortunately parkrun didn't fit in, but I'm quite feeling the effects of it. My intended six is looking somewhat ambitious.

After the first, I had a fried egg and mushrooms in a roll. Following the second, I ate some fruit straight from the bushes



and am now sitting in the greenhouse behind them.



Right, just about time to go. It's home-made lentil soup after lap three. I'm also going to wear different shoes for each lap.

Back to back 4 and 5 to squish a fetchpoint bug or two. Cut it fine as crossing a couple of main roads and had Ted dog with me so quite stop start. Checked in at 13:59 eek! Right hamstring exists, had hoped to get a bit further before noticing it.

I thought it'd be good to have a thread for discussing F'Laps 2024 (Date 6th July 2024). Follow this thread if interested.

The Rules
1) You must run or walk your chosen distance (a choice of 4.167 miles, 5k, 2 miles or 1 mile) within each hour e.g. 9-9.59am, 10-10.59am, 11-11.59am.
2) Each participant must visit Fetch and hit the "Completed it mate!" link before the hour ends: fetcheveryone.com/flaps-checkin.php
3) If you're finding it too much, you can drop down to a shorter distance, or tap out.
4) The winner is the last person standing in each distance category.
5) You can participate on your own, or get together with other Fetchies.
