Not much of a newt today but I cooked a different curry in the slow cooker to the one I would normally cook when I am at work all day (a chicken one instead of a vegetable one). It was nice so I will probably cook it again!

My newt today was going to the lido after tea, I usually visit at lunchtime but decided to go while the teens were watching crap on telly. Will definitely do again.

That looks amazing poppy! It must be lovely to have a local lido!
Newt pole class was tough but enjoyable. A couple of ultra-bendies, but I wasn't the only non-bendy person. My legs and hips are bruised and my arms and shoulders are very achey. Signs of a good class
