He's quickly become comfortable with us, but hides whenever there's a noise. He gets startled by his own reflection in the woodburner and in the window, and is quite unsure about the television. You might spot that he's missing the tip of an ear. I assumed this had happened in a fight, but, as many of you probably know, it's done by a vet to show when a feral cat has been trapped and neutered, so that they don't need to catch him again in future. He was found living down a rabbit hole with a group of feral cats, but is clearly quite used to human contact, so can't have been born wild.
