Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It’s quite common apparently.

My cats have had feline acne in the past but I've got to confess I left it to resolve itself.

@One Thousand Odd Spiders Love the slogan on that box. Is that how cats believe their humans should feel about serving their feline overlords?

I have been a bit absent lately - from here and Fetch in general.

Kyri's lost a lot of weight and we don't yet know why - vet remarked that he appears to be suffering from tooth resorption, so might have a painful mouth and not find eating comfortable. Blood tests show anaemia, low protein and inflammation - an ultrasound is the next step, booked for Thursday.

Tricky to find food he will eat. We had noticed he wasn't eating biscuits as much as normal; he likes treats from sachets but isn't eating a lot apart from that; we're trying all the soft food we can find.

As he came into our lives as a stray four years ago, we have no real idea how old he is - just hoping it's something easily dealt with rather than anything life-limiting...

(Oh and don't even get me on to how expensive things are here (Stockholm) - a consultation and blood tests were £350!)
