OK, just got an interesting request. Our third party offshorers are working on standardising our 'Title' dropdowns across systems. Mr, Mrs etc. We have some freeform issues where people call themselves Dark Lord or Prince or whatevs.

So I've received the following question: "Proposed list does not contain 'Ms.' but this is available in the current system. Shall we go ahead and remove it?"

That's right. They're asking me if I can authorise removing feminism.

They are proposing Mx as a gender neutral one, but no Ms.

They also have some military ranks such as Captain and Lieutenant but not, say, Sgt or General. Totally bloody random as I've come to expect.
