Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Interesting re: Math's splits. Galen is 83 mins down at Allt Fawr but was over two hours down at Moel Meirch. So I'm assuming the target times are Damian's splits and this is where he paid the price of a fast start and Galen is now reeling him in as a consequence?

I see Math was 10 mins up at Nantmor, so assuming Galen's targets are Damian's splits he would have got there at 14.54. Galen I think is still getting on for 90 minutes from Nantmor which would put him two and a half hours behind where Math was. Always difficult to tell for the Paddy but I suspect Galen is heading for more like 19-20 hours rather than the record.

Galen has binned it after Moelwyn Mawr. Went back to Cwmorthin Quarries to meet his support rather than taking the direct line above Llyn Croesor and is now heading down the track to Bryn.

Can’t blame him. Tough conditions. Was hoping he’d pull through and was pacing himself but obviously not to be.

Tweet from John Kelly.

I'm really glad Garmin Connect is back so that it can continue giving me top notch training status advice. Apparently I have a low aerobic shortage. I really haven't run anything long and slow recently.

Some trackers on here! facebook.com Tim Laney off on a Joss Naylor round tomorrow. A Dragón ‘92 starter and now finisher last year amongst other things. He’s in a famous photo of either Billy or Mark’s round. Can’t remember which. He loves an ACW round.
