Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Which way around was JK going to do his 2 challenges, was it Spine then Big 3, or Big 3 then Spine ?

Inov8 dropping hints that Damian Hall is about to go for a FKT, but not saying what (anyone heard and can say what it is ? )

Lots of dot watching to come !!

PW then the big round, I think

JK did say that there were other PW FKT plans afoot for the summer and if he got the record it might not last long

There's some really interesting challenges out there right now. I know one person who is contemplating doing all the Lakes 2500s, this is not quite in the same league as the 214 Wainwrights but it's a bit enough challenge and navigationally quite tricky. I think it works out at round 130 miles.

Sorry, I was miles off (literally). GoFar has it at 105 miles and around 43,000ft of climb. some illustrious names have had a go at it:

JK was supposed to start the PW on the 3rd or 4th of July, but has put it off based on weather forecast, and his experience of his last 3 rounds challenge, where he set off despite the weather.

I was talking to one of Paul’s running club last year (owner of the place I stayed for the LT 55k), and he said they’d done a group run one evening supporting him; at least that was the idea, in practice he just dropped the lot of them.

I was right about Twitter. Nothing at all about cyclo-cross bikes in East Lancs :-( :-)

Sorry Fozzy, I couldn't give a flying fuck at a rolling donut :-) They're the Lakes 2500s to me!
