Bread turned out OK - but bizarrely enough I've now decided that sourdough is both easier and more reliable than yeasted bread.

It has taken all day as I’ve been wfh in between kneadings so each proving had much longer than usual. Mr GM deep fried then and I injected them - jam, apple and lemon curd (one in each, not a combination) I’m pleased with the outcome.
