Awful night's sleep, couldn't stop 'thinking'.

Even though it's a very damp morning I think I might pop to the lido for a swim. I seem to have got out of the habit of running.

Morning! Off for a 5 day *hiking* holiday with OH.

This is basically a 5k stroll in an easy path and a lot of lying about reading. He is not an afleet.
