Back home and unpacked, dog walked.

Really must get in the sea for a swim as the swim is next week and feel so under prepared for it

Hmm. I was going to buy myself a new pair of Brooks Transcend so they were well broken in before my virtual VLM, but it seems new supplies are stuck in a container on the high seas somewhere - earliest delivery on Amazon for examole is 20th October :-( I'll pop into our local Up and Running next week but maybe I just need new insoles (lot cheaper too!)
