Will read back when I get home as lots of hunting has been used so I need to know why.
My Garmin recorded 10.13 miles in a time of 1.34.42 so by my watch its a PB but as it was only a chip finish I Will wait for official time

Canal run done this morning set off a little quicker than planned, I could try and blame Cstar, but as I was in front to start with, thats a little unfair. Ended up with a progressive run as intended, final half mile at 8.05 pace

Well done AL and ITG bunting

Solid progressive 20 with PtT this morning. Struggled a bit on the last 2-3 miles with the stoney tow path and dodging dogs and buggies, but reasonably happy overall. Even managed a 1 mile warm down afterwards. Ankle held up well, so we'l see how it is tomorrow, but not worried at this stage.

It's the most gorgeous day here in the lakes - a lovely 10ish miles yomped, now in the pub pint

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
