Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Wow loads of you here great to have you round! BaronessBL I have also joined the 700 club for a natter and some inspiration to get me over 600 this year and they are so chatty! We're a tad quieter here.

Glad you're back with us SB and Pen hope the op goes well. My mum is off for an op on Monday too. Heal properly then you'll get the miles in. We'll have to do Rendevouz when you're back running.

Well first mile in the bag yesterday but blimey it nearly killed me! My lungs were in tatters and I was wheezing like a 90 year old, that'll teach me to go out without my inhaler! I'll have another go later today...

well done SB and BB.

geordiemum joined me for my run-commute home tonight. 6 miles for me, 3.8m for her. She is doing amazing but off for an op on Monday so it will be a little while before we have another run together. I'm running to work tomorrow - via the postoffice as my new garmin arrived today but no-one to take it in for me :(

Right now to fakeaway chicken and cashews....

Hi - new to all this. I've been running on and off for a few years now. My goal for 2017 though is to run consistently for the full 12 months. Did 430 miles last year bit didn't run at all in Jan and tailed off in Mov an Dec. So, joined Fetch, aiming for 500 miles which translates to 2 or 3 runs per week - fingers crossed!

Welcome Dobbie - you'll find plenty of support and motivation on this site.

Managed to do my second run of the year yesterday - trying out my new running shoes which were a Christmas present. They are the same as my old running shoes but a different colour :-)

Anyway a cold 5 miles done - a bit icy in places but I wanted to make sure I didn't go anywhere too muddy for the aforementioned new shoes reason :-)

Another group for another year, but whether you're aiming for 500 or more or less lets just have a nice little social group to share our goals and running antics.

Everyone is welcome, whether you don't want to set an official target or you may be aiming further but still want to pop by for a chat/offer some words of wisdom or just because the door is always open and kettle is on.

Target miles Link http://www.fetcheveryone.com/training-mileagetargets-filtered.php?category=RUN&mileage=500

to set your mileage:

Go to the Train tab

scroll down to where it says - annual mileage targets

there should be a little box to the right in red, click for run and add your mileage.

Race Planner docs.google.com

(When you go in give yourself a colour so I know you're wanting to be on the sheet so I can keep it tidy)

If you update the race planner after I've updated the header drop me an fmail or a reminder (or 2) on the thread so I know to update. Thanks
