But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Count me in for 2023. Injury this time last year meant I aimed for 1500 in 2022 finishing the year on 1669 so hopefully 2000 should be available

I'm not sure whether I'm on 1500 or 2000+ this year, so I'm following both for now. My head tells me to do fewer miles and more speedwork. My heart calls for the longer runs in the back of nowhere. My bank statement reminds me I'm a pensioner :)
