Nice work Doc, well done!
Good to hear from you Pikelet, good luck for tomorrow!
All of our C25K runners did brilliantly on their first parkrun this morning, most of them completed it quicker than they had expected, and nobody needed to take any walk breaks

Owens mum runs at South Oxhey. She came up to me and said 'my son runs at Woodley do you know him?' Turns out I did. I guess sh doesn't do that to every tourist then! ๐

Well can say completely knackered now 20 miles completed including a new Woodley Parkrun course record. Which may just have made the last couple of miles in this afternoons 10 miler just that little bit more of a struggle!
