Nice. I've already done today's minus the new ones (I added it all on to my morning core workout). The calf raises will make a nice addition to my warm up for weight training this evening. Or I may just do them randomly during the day at some point. We all need a break from sitting at our desks!

Burpees and press ups more than done at bootcamp this morning. I'll fit the rest in during the day.
