Done. Am I the only person that feel really sick when in plank on my elbows? I'm fine with all the rest, but always feel really sick in that position for some reason.

Done. Spread them out throughout the day.

Bootcamp in the morning. If I have to do any burpees or press ups during that, I'll count them as done for the day.
