9 Shoulder Presses (no weight unless wanted)

6 New Year Targets/ Reflections
5 30s PLANKS! (elbows, side, side, straight arms, elbows)
4 T Press-Ups
3 Super Star Jumps
2 Mountain climbers (45s each)

(2020)
12 hurty hip thrusts
11 tricep dips
10 cool calf raises
9 smashing star jumps
8 lovely Sit-ups
7 body weight squats
6 New Year targets/reflections
5 Deadbugs
4 x 30sec Planks (side, side, elbows, arms)
3 (kneeling?) Press-ups
2 burpees

And a...
1 minute wall sit for a fetchie ♫♪

And that’s it!

(I confess, I didn’t get past day 7, but I haven’t entirely given up hope and will definitely revisit these)

I can’t remember what ‘hurty hip thrusts’ are. Do you reckon they’re a bridge? A bridge for me is nice and gentle so would probably be doing it wrong.
