Well as i am at work today and it's planking and Xmas dinner noon the planking will be tomorrow headache depending ;)

Backs grumping a bit so when i figure out its direct cause i'll modify

appropriately. Assuming it's MC related but star jumps aren't much better ;)

Wall sit's are kinda lol when you do them at work in meetings btw
