Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I'm back!! Huge apologies for the lack of personal well done's and comments, I have struggled to keep up with Fetch while away we just never stopped. But it was brilliant.

Now to get focused on being back at work (got the blogs done yesterday and uploaded with pics today) and I suppose Christmas prep.... its all go.

Hope you're all ok and that you're having a great holiday too Loo.

Been a while since I posted but thank you @Lesley C for the congrats on Meriden and for the lovely photos!

Well done @Wabo on reaching 1000 and on the other milestones!

I have been slowed down a bit with some sort of cold/flu, can run now but quite bunged up. I have to do 5 miles a day between now and the 31st if I'm going to hit 1000, which I'm pretty determined to make happen having got this close! Going to try and do 10 miles today to get me a little ahead of the curve!

Lovely to see the pics from Hong Kong @geordiegirl and well done on snagging the Macau badge! (Highlighting again the incredible attention to detail on FE, the man is a hero)

Of course it's GB time again! Hope you're refreshed after your time in HK and enjoying some UK miles again.
Hill pyramids now hs!! No stopping you and following a training routine like you do pays off.
Ugh to having had that lurgy EG. That's a very achievable daily goal until the year's end but quite a commitment at this time of year. One thing for sure it would be way beyond me.
Foul weather this morning. 2.2 miles was enough!

I'm sorry to hear that you have been suffering from cold/flu. Best of luck with your target for 1000 miles in 2024.

Thank Steve, it was a good session.

I'm not running today as I'm hoping my new trainers will be delivered today. They are ready for dispatch, but haven't given a delivery time yet.

Well done for your 2.2 miles this morning.

A brisk walk to the supermarket this morning to buy more Xmas cards. I thought I had enough, but I didn't. I walked rain free, but it is forecast later.

Morning all, for those that know me I hope you're sitting down.

I went for a run in the precipitation. Showers and drizzle.

5.6 miles which I really enjoyed. I ran in the town and now remember why I prefer the countryside, the smell of weed very frequently. I'd better be careful driving later 🤣🤣

you ran in the rain and drizzle and enjoyed it FF? Who has kidnapped you?? And sympathise with the smell of weed one of my roads I have to run regularly is awful. Its becoming the norm now.

Fingers crossed for your new shoos delivery hs, reminds me I am still waiting on my Harrier UK delivery, must see if I can find out any updates.

Thanks for the welcome back messages, it was the best holiday for many reasons and I did do very long bloggage as a reminder to myself as so often you get back and straight into life madness that it gets forgotten about and I was determined to document the holiday this time. If you do scroll by you will need caffine!

Ed sorry to hear you have been caught by the lurgy and I wish you luck on your 1000m, my gold target of 1500 was scuppered a long time ago, pushing for 1350 now which means I need 121 more this month that may also be a push we'll see! good excuse to avoid too much family stress over the holidays.

well done on all the continued running by everyone and Lesley hope you and your friend have a great run for your 100's on Saturday, brilliant she waited patiently so you could do them together that is special.
