Probably right there, Steve. Thanks. Was to do short kayak training today but my trainee backed off.

Well, my leg is down to a more normal size/shape and has stopped hurting (mostly) apart from a red and sore patch around my ankle. Looks like when I forgot to put suncream on my ankles before I started running!
Thank the Lord for antibiotics :-).
So I'm going to give it 24 more hours and see if the improvement continues at that rate before gently plodding onward. Even after (only) a 5 day break I'm getting twitchy!

Mmm I'm pleased the antibiotics have worked their magic. Enforced running breaks are the worst. I hope you get out running or plodding tomorrow.

Good to hear MMM Gardening including dismantling 16y old trampoline, 4 mile run and ~300m sea swim. Nice and sunny here today.

On the beach again, not so hot now but pleasant enough. Heading to your neck of the woods tomorrow Steve.

Sounds like most of my running buddies have other plans for tonight, and it is due to stair-rod it down with rain too.
Discretion may be the better part of valour.... TBC!

Sign of the devil 666 miles.
Peter, I see you're the sandwich at the mo between Steve and myself.
Having been clipping my heels I shall watch you disappear into the distance now Peter.
How's it going Mmm? Have you managed to get out yet?
Steve I can see you've slipped out the top 50, nip out for 4.5 miles and you'll reclaim that place.
