Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

You've almost reached my neck of the woods MsG! That's serious blue circle collecting. What happens if you remove the cycling ones? ;-)

That's good for walking - just not as good as your cycling ;-)

I last posted just over a month ago at 3098 circles. A trip 'down south' to look after my mum has pushed it up a tad to 3471. I even ran past my old school today - 30 years after I was last there! Where did those 30 years go?!

I know what you mean Pegg - but my school's even further away timewise than yours but I refuse to think about it!

Well done Rosehip

A few months ago I tried to blue-circle the site of the running track and hockey pitch on which I was regularly humiliated, or at least made to do sports I was rubbish at, in the 1970s. I couldn't because the school's been redeveloped, the campus has all been fenced off, and I think the place where the track was is under one of the new buildings.

Sounds like the best place for it Vrap! We didn't have a track - we had the Redgra (sp?) which was a lethal hockey field - all loose red gravel which got embedded into cut knees should you go flying. I was shit.

We had the loose red surface too, minardi. I had bigger concerns about hockey, like most of the girls being able to hit me on the head without lifting their sticks above their shoulders. I spent most matches shuffling up and down the side of the pitch trying not to be noticed.
