Decided to do parkrun today so I walked there over 2 miles not done a parkrun since last July a 5km race last was August and don't think I've run that far without walking in months
As I was trying to improve my time for the House Cup sub 37 was needed and I know how garmins might sometimes not record it as a full 5km for my benchmarks started watch early and waited a bit after the finish
36:34 officially so a new target
Garmin recovery 3½ days though an hour later went down to 3 days
