Always been a runner on and off ever since i was a nipper joined a club in 1988 a new club called Linford Joggers, sadly now no longer stopped running in 1990 when i started a new job with anti-social hours so stopped, restarted a few times. The last time i restarted was June 2003 and have been here ever since. Joined Benfleet Running club in 2006 I streaked for 293 days from April 2008 to early Feb 2009, hope to return again one day I have a bucketlist now Link (roll over me to see where I go) Though i expect to be around a long time i hope The big one is to do a race in each county, which will take me a while.
