🏃♂️ Mortimer 10k 90% off road undulating hamstring still sore from parkrun so kept pace sensible did not know how it would go.
After race I got a massage a tenner very well spent 😎
Course mostly trail grass start then some road before trail before returning on road and finish on the grass.
