Admire the evenness of the splits please :)
Second fastest time this year, 36 seconds slower than Storeys Field a few weeks back which is probably equivalent, half a minute faster than last time out here and fastest time here since September. Happy with that. Very good underfoot, could have worn more aggressive shoes.

Do feel that my form is coming back the last few weeks, albeit still quite a long way off my best.
