Lills A PB for this race and for 5 mile distance (although I think it was less than 5 miles), I knocked 3 minutes off my time! I actually paced myself properly for this race, which made all the difference. My favourite race of this series it's a nice cross-country route and I really enoyed it.

TecT I can go faster yet this month - just need to trust my own pacing! REALLY happy with my run tonight - took just under 2 minutes off my PB! Many thanks to Debbie for staying that little bit ahead all the way and making me work hard to catch her...! Just checked online - this is about 200 yards SHORT of 5 miles, but still would have been a PB!
