ugly Went well,used this as part of my long run.Did 10.5mi before hand nice and easy then this with onlty the last 3miles fast in 6.11,6.22,6.05....think its short again.I think they measure on the road and we all run ont the paths,3 laps in a circle and you have your discrepancy(well thats my theory)same last year!
