Krukers Well organized race. Difficult to pace because (I think) the mile markers weren't very accurate. Lovely hot showers at finish.

Tarmac Runner Great race , slow first mile due to the amount of runners but then its flat and open all the way. A great pb course if you start close to the front.

Velociraptor Clock time; would have been 1:48:40 if it had been chipped. Delightful, busy little race with perfectly smooth, totally unobtrusive organisation. An appropriate result for my current running fitness, and a course best for me by fully 4 minutes PER MILE :o)
