Highgate Harriers Night of the 10000m PBs

Ally2 Highgate 10000. 2nd in 30:18.71. Led for 17 laps behind pacer who went to 7k. felt good at 5k then got side stitch at 6k which meant i dropped a bit behind the pacer. Thankfully it only took 3 laps to shake. Kojo stormed by on 18th lap which I couldn't respond to. From then it was an 8 lap battle to keep newton at bay leading to last lap burn up. felt strong in last mile. A great event. Support and atmosphere was amazing.
