Coz I can I eventually found the \'Hell\' part of this. If you take note of the mile splits it would appear to be fairly easy to see the hilly 8-10 mile section!! felt pretty good for the vast majority of the race - even with being mostly by myself from mile 3 onwards - even lost sight of the leaders after mile 8!
