Hinzy9 A bit disappointed with the time but given the hills and the heat I suppose it wasn’t too bad. Most people seem to be around 5 mins above their PB’s, which makes me feel a bit better! :-)

lauraKT Did this yesterday and I have to say that i think it's going to be one of those runs I come back to because it's such a challenge. Wasn't feeling tip top, but kept going. Jigs and Mrs Jigs, I think you ran in with my dad he said he was running with some fetchies and you were pushing each other to the line. He's not a fetchie himself but I'm sure he will be soon

Mrs Jigs (Luverlylegs) Lovely setting for a run :) a little bit warm and a bit of a tough hill after about a mile but the down hill section at about 8k more than made up for it. I enjoyed running this with My Wonderful Husband :) Saw Trehis cheering from the finishing straight as we passed so we went back to talk to him and watch others finishing, was most amused to see the sheep trying to cross in front of the runners LOL, also saw she runs for cakes but only after she called out to us! ********Celebrating our first wedding anniversary *heart* :o) Not a PB course

SPKoF when I read it was flatish with 100m of climb on the 1st loop I assumed 100m of distance went slightly uphill - not 100m of ascent over the 1st 3k followed by undulatations for another 4km. coupled with 25°C heat and the fact I got it at 6.3 miles it was my first 10k over 40 minutes for a long time - still - 26th (if that little girl counted right) out of 1000 isnt bad.
