DGA Returning to the scene of the crime after 14 years...it was a bit hillier than I remembered! Pleased with my time on the day and to get something out of a race that wasn't a target.

ktrose1981 566 calories burnt, average pace - 8.37 minute miles. Distance - 6.27 miles. Quite a hilly course, about 8 hills and two in the last mile. A nice race though and one I would do again, need to remember to save some energy for the last hill and the final sprint to the finish next time! Quite a slow start as a bit congested in the residential roads but this could be because I started too far back. Nice memento at the finish - a metal trainer ornament.
