Nephi 1st PB of the year (had to be as 1st mile race) 8 laps is a lot when you are only doing a mile Beat my target so happy with that, but should have pushed on in lap 9 where I lost a couple of places that I did not real back in on the sprint (but it was close) Race NO: 559 Garmin time 5:46 Official Time 5:45 :)

CottamRunner First proper timed mile - and at a proper venue with loads of Fetchies (and Lord Fetch!). A few less than expected due to the snow and ice though. :-( Targetted 6min 30s but recorded a very consistent 5min 56s (8 laps at 45s-ish). :-) Also did 200m in 28.78 and 60m in 7.59 (both TBC) - so a good day out (well inside at Sportcity)!

wrexhamrob my dream is to get a pb of sub 6:50, but not much sprint training in last few weeks , and other excuses- VERDICT- wow surprise a PB great, the support was IMMENSE, and must have given me the 10seconds off my predicted thanks, maybe with some proper training , maybe better ?
