mr guinness what a view over the downs, the route was well marked for the second of the race with flags and arrows to point us in the right direction. cant say the same about the first half. the marshells was great. thanks looking forward to next year

Mr. K. Felt good ( :-O I know) - Ran with lady (Sarah) from Dunstable Road Running (a local), who was a star. Enjoyed myself so much I missed a gel point. Splits - 9:18, 8:42, 8:38, 8:41, 8:55, 9:27, 8:47, 8:32, 10:15, 9:06, 10:30, 9:10, 9:27, 9:10, 10:46, 10:48, 11:10, 9:51, 8:55, 8:44, last 0.2ml - 1:43. Nice to say hello to some faces. Found `the field` interesting.
