sioux can you speak to occ health about it? I had a colleague who really couldn't sleep after nights (she's a nurse) and occ health decided she shouldn't work them at all. Hope you've now had some sleep!

Thanks guys. It's not the nights that are problem. Not sleeping well day or night. My manager is good, if I asked to come off nights for a while she'd be accommodating. My problems stem from else where and unfortunately work can't help with that. Tho they are being supportive of me. |

I will try to get another gp appt on Mon. The diazepam has helped on the odd occasion ive dared use it. The only thing that will really help is me changing what's causing the problem A situation that is going to get a lot tougher before it improves. |

Hugs for you Sioux, really hope things get better for you soon. I'm on nights this week, which makes me feel quite strange at times. Got the results of the blood test I asked the doctor for. Everything normal, except my iron levels are on the low side. Doctor is going to call me on Monday. |

I think you have your answer in your last post Lili  Sioux, I hope you find a way through xxx Scp, iron tablets helped me immensely with that. Much more than I expected. |

Thanks Carp. Though its a bit strange as I gave blood only 10 days ago, and I passed the finger test, which checks my iron levels. I might mention this to the doctor. |
