Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

can't help thinking it would help though somehow. I was sub 60kg as a youngster, close to 70 now. Of course it's all muscle...... (not!)
You're doing bloody great, fantastic. We need more youngsters doing the same.

You're not referring to me as a youngster are you? ;) I'm running in the Scottish Masters 5000m tomorrow. :( But I agree, need more young folks to come into the sport.

Boab - that table gives me this! I'm 71 kg (About the same as when I ran this!)

At 67 kilos I'd be really weak! And I can get more than that 9 minutes with some structured training!

67 kg 03:02:04 -09:08
68 kg 03:04:22 -06:50
69 kg 03:06:39 -04:33
70 kg 03:08:56 -02:16
71 kg 03:11:12

72 kg 03:13:28 02:16
73 kg 03:15:43 04:31
74 kg 03:17:58 06:46
75 kg 03:20:12 09:00
