Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Here's hoping, Helegant. Jet has always seemed such a happy little dog it would be painful to see that he's anxious when you're not around. Probably NOT :-) as he does sound to be coming to terms with the move now.

I'm about to take him out for a 'good' walk so he should be a very contented and tired dog by this evening :-)

Oh. That John Lewis Christmas ad. :-(

We lost our big bouncy boxer in August, an aggressive tumour. She was only 7. She was a real handful, proper trouble - no aggression, just really boisterous, and really social. Infuriating at times; but we'd do anything to have her back.

That bloody ad.

Oh Paul - how heartbreaking. Too young.

Boxers I've noticed can be aloof so how lovely that you had a sociable one. There's one that gets walked in my local woods who's like a pup. He comes running up to me v bouncy. The owners say they can't train him out of it, but I love the fact he comes to say hello. His body language is so transparent and friendly. <3 It sounds like yours was a happy, social girl and free spirit :)

I love that John Lewis ad and appreciate it must be sad for you especially coming up to Christmas. I bet you have lots of happy memories of your life together tho'. I'm so stupidly soft-hearted about dogs, it makes me feel tearfully sad just typing this at your loss.

I saw that on Phal's blog, I loved both it and the drawing of Phoebe :-)

I wish I could draw even just a little bit. Black Labradors are tricky to photograph although Flossie's increasingly white muzzle makes it easier to see her face properly ;-)
