Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I had an echo dot and a google home mini in the same room briefly. You could get them to have a conversation where they spoke to each other for a few sentences.

I was in an alexa house when the Woman's world cup was on last year. When I asked how England had got on *it* told me about how England had lost in the (men's) 2018 world cup. When I asked *it* why *it* was being such a misogynist, *it* claimed not to understand the question.

I asked Alexa what the weather would be like this morning. She (I feel odd saying 'it' about something that speaks, but I do know it's an 'it' really...) told me it would rain. I looked out of the window, blue sky, ignored the advice and went out. Unlike yesterday, when she told me it would rain and it didn't, today it did, and I gt wet.

We asked Alexa to play the Ski Sunday theme tune (as they said it actually on Ski Sunday) and she did!
