Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hello. So due to Garmin making some changes, my route to Fetch via RunGap and Garmin Connect has been cut off and I’m resorting to manual uploads.

What’s everyone else doing.

I have an Apple Watch. Not seamless but simpler than doing everything manually. Details on previous pages, if that’s of any use/interest

Was just going to write some feedback for Fetch on this GregP. Do you know what the issue is exactly? I can still send activities from RunGap to Garmin. Can you not?

I also recently changed my garmin password (because I forgot, not because it's related). I also reconnected Fetch to Garmin and reconnected RunGap to Garmin. I wasn't aware of any issues in the chain but something isn't working

I wondered what I’d done wrong, Greppers -thought it was just me. RuNGap is sending to Garmin, but non Garmin workouts aren’t being picked up on here.
My workaround will be to use the Garmin for everything, whereas I was using the apple for non-running as it saves changing settings

I haven’t checked the Garmin thread. It appears to me the issue is somewhere in the chain between Garmin and Fetch but I feel like I would have seen something if that was the case

Yes, from what Fetch said, it seems that while RunGap is happily sending data to Garmin, Garmin won't send it to Fetch because it originated outside the Garmin ecosystem.

They still send it to strava mind...
