Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Looking at the list of Apps RunGap supports, I wonder if they would allow Fetch to link directly?

I’ll go manual for now then. I’m not that active at the moment. I also wondered about RunGap linking to Fetch. Might come at a cost though? Both organisations seem to have similar backgrounds aka run by real people, not the big companies

I’ve just renewed my RunGap swagbag, as it goes. Agree it seems to be run by ‘our kind of people’.

For the most part an AW is a terrible sports watch and I’d rather wear a Garmin - for running I have a Garmin on my left wrist and my AW on my right as an iPod.

But as someone wisely said a page or so back, sometimes it’s nice not to bother changing watches. I always use my AW for yoga and gym too - my Garmin is too ‘big’ and in the way.

Glad it’s not just me who doubles up with an AW and Garmin for running! I like the AW to control my playlist and Garmin for everything else.

Just had three activities upload today. I sent them to Garmin via Run Gap and they’re appeared in Fetch as normal.
