Lovely to get the TT bike out and give it a tickle, and nice trot around country lanes with a 4 mile effort to wrap up the 13 miles. A great great day.

Decided a day off the bike would do me some good after a 14 day streak, so I decided to test the niggle with a short easy run it seems to be ok but it's usually the day after it starts to niggle, fingers crossed.

Not sure the other counts as cross training yet) through 15F today. The swim was a bit short, tbh, as they've dammed the river through the village at strategic points to repel canoeists (or possibly slow the flow and raise the level to keep the fields either side alive). I'm planning a solo oly for Sunday, though.
