Evening all - managed a 90 min watter yesterday while waiting for Mr Frag to coach some 'falling with style into water'. been at in-laws since
have done some of that there yoga since I've been home, and now feel suitably de-stressed :-)

I own a FiatPanda :-)

Paced sub 1.30 at Farborough after a near 6 mile warm up. With a short cool down I did just shy of 20 miles.

Now at home on the watt bike watching cx world cup.

Angus - I dont own a landy even though I want one as I havent got the time or the skills to own one. My T4 will go in the bin when it starts to really play up :-)
