But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. My company is announcing the new Senior manager jobs.

Only they don't appear to have 'jobs' as such but are 'on point for.....' or 'leading the charge....'.
