Quiet in here, was it something I said? Which brings me to this comment. Must admit my use of Fetch is declining quite rapidly these days. You all accept me for what I am (largely) but I have pretty much given up with the rest of the site now. Obviously I am the problem So an hour on the watt bike today and track this evening. The big news or small news is I am now 68.8kgs!!! I feel like a teenager and my 30in trousers are too big at the waist and too small on the quad !!!! Fun times |

I'm the wrong side of 73. It's a viscious circle. Heavier so less energy so not training as hard so weight isn't shifting. Fortnight's holibob coming up won't help much.

Its a hard one GrePPers, normally by now it is CX racing so I stop training hard, relax the diet a little and just race but having had no summer I find myself training like it is JUNE with all focus on America at the end of October. My birthday week could be an impressive crash :¬0 |
