I was always grateful that the band used to get £80 from the Brickmakers in Norwich when we played a gig. We'd have done it for free.

Wotcha. Day off so TT bike ridden. I need to ride it a LOT more in the next month...

April shower
Run 36 miles (is that all? I demand a recount!)
Swim 1.7 (better, and now it's LAKE TIME)
Bike 186 (that's what I was doing then)

2 hours yoga, 1 total of core.

Work was UTTERSHITPANTS and I had a cold. Lots of sessions to the wayside.
